In an exploration of both New Hampshire history and Frost\u2019s poetry,&nbsp;Jeffrey Zygmont recites a&nbsp;selection&nbsp;of Frost\u2019s works about farming. With each recitation, he&nbsp;provides&nbsp;background on the poet\u2019s life, offering insight into the poem\u2019s origins and commentary on its artistic beauty as well as the experiences and emotions it evokes. Participants are invited to ask questions and join in a discussion of Frost\u2019s gift for depicting farm life.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A New Hampshire writer, journalist, and poet, Jeffrey Zygmont has published works of fiction and non-fiction, including poetry, short stories, and children\u2019s books. As a journalist, he has published articles in numerous magazines and newspapers. At venues around New England he regularly speaks about poetry and art \u2013 especially to promote the work of Edgar Allan Poe and Robert Frost. After studying engineering and the physical sciences at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Jeff earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in English from Cornell University and a master\u2019s degree in English from Wayne State University.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>This presentation is free and open to the public.
